Looking good and feeling good is what the majority of us want. To acquire this goal, it will take a lifestyle change, mental focus and physical energy. Sometimes this can be quite a challenge especially if you are over 35 years of age. I called this the second phase of adulthood. At this phase we realized that it takes more energy to do the things we use to do because the metabolism has slowed down. Also at this phase, lifestyles change because we have more responsibilities such as children, bills, job, business and even parents. We must learn to maintain our health according to our new phase of adulthood.

I am a “people-person” which requires understanding and being a good listener as well as an observer. It is very important for me to help educate my clients about their bodies and to help them accomplish their fitness goals. Being active for years and disciplined in skilled sports such as martial arts and kick boxing, has been a great attribute to my training style. My fitness training career and experience began with Mr. Fred Richards (a great mentor) who was the trainer and partner for several olympia pro-body builders. I was taught the proper form of training the body through learning the knowledge of the physical, mental and nutritional process of reaching optimum fitness.

My clients are educated about their body according to the lifestyle they live. They learn to listen, observe and feel what their body needs. They learn the value of proper nutrition which means knowing how to eat and what to eat. Also, my clients will learn how to workout their muscles instead of being told what to do. I truly enjoy seeing the satisfaction of my clients’ body transformation in reaching their fitness goal and lifestyle change. It does take dedication, discipline and determination to get RESULTS!
