Q. Is this for weight loss only?
A. No, it is also to help those body types that can't gain weight. They will learn to gain weight by adding muscle mass.
Q. What type of exercises?
A. The type of exercises will vary. It will be a full body workout with a concentration on certain body parts such as abs, legs, glutes, etc. Sometimes you may use your body weight, light weight balls (4lbs, 6lbs & 8lbs) strengthen ropes, light hand weights (3-5 lbs),and obstacle courses, etc. Who knows what I will bring for fun. :0)
Q. Is this for all fitness levels?
A. Yes. ALL levels are welcome. I would know who are beginners to advance. This is not your ordinary session. Everyone will participate but may or may not do the same thing. It will be all in FUN!
Q. What do I bring?
A. Bring a mat, towel and a bottle water.
Q. Are there any make-up days?
A. No (18 session are available).
Q. May I bring a guest to class?
A. Guest is allowed at $12 per class.
